  1. The food is greasy, kind of all tastes similar, and sometimes tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for a bit too long. Oh right, it's a buffet.

Look, there are a lot of options here. You can go down the street for pizza, fast food, international foods, etc.

If you're coming here, then you should expect a cheap buffet lunch in all it's glory- greasy Chinese food, fried American sides, sticky Japanese sushi, heat-lamp Italian pasta…etc. and soft serve ice cream. How can you go to a buffet and not get generic soft serve ice cream?

I come here occasionally with my company four or lunches and we never expect spectacular food.

The changed recently and the new staff is super friendly so they get a bonus for that. But you shouldn't  expect five star service at a $10-ish buffet with soft drinks.

  2. Ive been here many of times, and honestly this place is kinda gross.

The perks are that the place is always clean, youll be seated right away and the staff is nice.

Yes theres a variety of types of food. The penne vodka is decent, same goes for the ziti. I like the flan but i think its from a can. (oh look i rhymed). The whipped cream is gross. Crab legs are fresh and theres plenty of them. The salads, mac & cheese and a few other dishes are oily, plain and just gross. The sushi is okay, ill eat certain pieces but its nothing to rave about. Props for havin sushi tho, alot of buffets dont carry this.

  3. WOW..I must say, it's actually pretty impressing going to a buffet and not enjoying ANYTHING I ate. I wish I was exaggerating when I said this. Came here with my mom and her husband today, we use to be pretty big fans when this establishment use to be the Rainbow Buffet and had yet to check this new place out. We were a little low on funds and found out it was $15 per person, after reading a few reviews..we were reluctant to even come here but what the hell we all thought, it can't be that bad..and worst comes to worst it's only one dinner.
Keep in mind while reading this review…the last thing I am is a picky eater..
We arrived and were sat right away. I made my way up first and took a look around to see what they had to offer. Visually, everything looked good.
I went straight for the sushi and seaweed salad first. The salad, I took one bite and thought "absolutely not" The sushi is equivalent to those you might by in packets at a supermarket, except the rice is more stale.
My mom made me try her overly salted string bean which was just wrong
The chicken and broccoli—the broccoli was alright but I wanted to gag after taking a bite of the chicken, it felt soft, slimy, tasteless and squishy in my mouth.
Hungry yet? Oh good because there's more!
The churrasco tasted like it was soaked in windex, and the salmon had a ton of bones inside. The clams in a black bean sauce were not in a black bean sauce, they were floating in a pan of water and a bean or two can be seen of you move them around a lot. I can go on and on about the food because I honestly left full just TRYING my hardest to find a dish I actually did like…which was nothing, the lo mein…horrible… Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp…disgusting…the dumplings..hard as rocks… I couldn't even believe this was possible!
Not only that, my mom went there excited to try the king crab legs, when we got there, there were none available…we waited 45 mins before we asked our waitress when the next batch would be coming, and we told her how long we waited, she went and told the kitchen…about fifteen minutes later, they brought a new batch out that only consisted of seven crabs… Like you need to literally hover over them or else they are gone in two seconds..and overall totally not worth the wait because they taste like they have been sitting in dirty water.
The dessert — was also not a fan of anything , including the ice cream which was more ice than anything.
The staff wasn't all that either, the plates at our table kept building up, hardly were ever cleaned off, and they could have been more attentive with our drink refills.
All and all what you pay for is what you eat. No more cheap buffets for me… and in the end of all this, our group could not stop laughing because of the horrible meal we all had, definitely a memory but I suggest to everyone else out there, don't waste your time, seriously
