I went to a graduation party here last year and was not impressed, but when I received an invitation for a bridal shower here a couple weeks ago, I figured it was a good way to give this place another chance. Unfortunately, this may have been the worst experience I have ever had at a venue.
Upon arrival there was no sign indicating where the parties were for the evening. The owner came out of her office and when I asked her about the shower, she snottily replied that she had 3 showers that night. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that given that there was nothing indicating that there were any parties there that night (even the parking lot was almost empty), but how she responded to me was very unprofessional.
The food this time around was almost completely inedible. The rice in the seafood paella tasted like old fish, the pasta was salty to the point where you could barely keep it in your mouth, and you couldn't even cut the beef because of how rough it was. The only saving grace was the roasted potatoes; while they were not that great, at least they could be eaten. That is, until my friend found a hair in hers, and then those were ruined as well. You even have to look at the silverware because my friend's unused spoon had slime all over the underside.
I would never subject myself to La Neve's again, no matter who's party was here.
