Ordered from here for lunch with some co workers. its been an hour and half and still no food. called them and the lady seemed so confused and told us to wait another 15 mins.
it took them 2 hours to deliver the food. We ordered at 1pm and received our food past 3pm! When the food came, it was ice cold.
We were starving at this point… the food should have been the best thing ever… instead its edible at best.
The sad thing is that i've ordered from here before and never had any issues. I actually kinda liked the food here… i don't know what happened but the service and food all went down hill…
I can say with absolute certainty that I will never be ordering from here again… sucks… my coworkers also told me after this experience that I've lost my choosing a lunch place priviledges… sigh
