Small ok spot in Penn Station to grab a wrap to take on the train. Nice little draft beer selection too, along with many cold drinks on ice to choose from.
Some snacks and small salad bar. Low carb chicken wrap at $6.99 ain't too bad. Couple of small tables to eat at if you want. More of a grab and go place.
Located right next to K-Mart and across the train schedule board for a quick pickup and run to the train when it comes in.
UPDATE: Apparently the 99 cent coffee was only a limited time special. Small iced coffees are now $1.75… :/

Since I started work a few weeks ago, I've been stopping by here regularly for my morning coffee. 99 cents (well really $1.10 after tax) for a small iced coffee = a super great deal. They usually don't do a great job of mixing the sugar in though, so be sure to stir vigorously with a straw before drinking. Other than that, it's cheap, and it gives me my daily caffeine fix!
I like this little place in Penn as it presents a clean and efficient place to eat later in the day. The food appears fresh and there is a fair amount of supervision to ensure this green form of quick-serve is working.
While the narrow place seems busy, there is a casual dining area in the back of the store, which is very cold….
One egg on a roll at $1.50 certainly was the blandest of all breakfast sandwiches. It prepared with such misery by stretching one egg and slice of American cheese for two Heinz ketchup packets cannot flavor the blandest of all. The cook who prepared my breakfast sandwich did not know how to operate a grill in achieving effective results for the cheese to melt onto the bread bringing flavor where the inner contents overwhelm.
The servers were rather hostile in a high attitude index of a typical New York aggressive flair unwelcoming for customer service, which seriously requires "Emily Post's Etiquette," along with Kate Spade's "Manners" to wash those vile mouths!
I typically get the small + 4 adds for $7.50, but it's pretty heafty. The cost of eating healthy is almost always high, so I keep thinkin about the fact that – hey, the 10th salad is free! Gotta keep on truckin.

99 cents for a 16oz undiluted ice coffee. As in, its not watered down by melting ice. It doesn't get any better than this.
One word: eek!
