Surprising. Good food, very reasonable prices, right around the corner from the Waldorf. You can count on this place for a convenient meal at a reasonable price. They had a nice variety of prepared foods for lunch and they also do sandwiches and of course, Pizza.
Service was friendly and they didn't even mind when I knocked over a ketchup bottle and it created a wonderfully gory mess all over their floor.
Alright, they probably did mind, but they kept it to themselves very well.
Wandering in the rain, we stumbled into this pizza place to get dry and get a nibble. We nearly kept going because you can't see the tables from the window, but yes, way in the back are a half dozen tables that seat 25 or 30 people. Yay! There was even a power outlet to be seen!
A slice of pizza for each of us and it was decent. Not just plain cheese, I went for the one with the chicken on top. Surprisingly, it was Buffalo chicken with a good bit of spicy sauce drizzled over it. Nice little zing going there!
No idea how much it cost – my brother ponied up the coin today.
