  1. Stopped in to get out of Rt 46 traffic. Decided on the sausage parm. And it was D E L I C I O U S. The right amount of cheese and sauce. Bread fresh and did not get soggy. The staff was very friendly and the establishment clean. The temperature of the place was very comfortable for a 17 degree evening.

Great choice. I will be back

  2. I think Linwood Pizza serves the best specialty pizza pies in the area.
My personal favorites are the Buffalo Wing Pizza and the Grandma Pizza.
I also love getting individual slices of pepperoni pizza as well. I like the touch of sprinkling cheese on top of the pepperoni.

My only gripe with this place is that the workers there handle the pizza slices with the same bare hands they handle money with. Kinda gross.

The prices are good for the pies but for individual slices they are a bit steep.

I've had the entrees here and they aren't great. But I only come here for their specialty pies which are fantastic.

  3. I have to disagree with a lot of the negative reviews here but honestly their pizza is pretty legit and authentic jersey pizza. Their heroes are so on point that, Its almost always a hit whatever I get.

The plus is they are one of the rare places that opens late and late night take outs are whats the best.

My favorite are buffalo chicken pizza and chicken cutlet hero. Even though the guys working may seem like they have a tough exterior, but they're actually genuinely nice and raw in a good way.

Overall this place is our go to pizza heroes and late night feasting!

  4. I liked my chicken BBQ and Jamacian pattie I got here. It was really inexpensive and hot and toasty.  I would have no problems coming here over chipotle or mickey d's nearby.

The strip mall could benefit some park benches.

  5. A family member came here to pick up pizza for everyone to bring home.
This is honestly the only pizza place I've known to not know what a Calzone or Stromboli is. We ended up getting the pizza and it was just OK nothing too spectacular. Because this was for carryout there isn't much I can mention otherwise.

  6. Let's start by saying that these guys are THEE bomb as they stay open until 3 A.M. I wish I knew about this place earlier because for months I have been bitching and moaning that there was not a decent place to have a late night slice in the area; 5 start solely for this reason. However, the pizza's crust was just too thick for my liking. The cheese to sauce ratio was on point. The taste was also delicious. The next time I order, I'll make sure to have their thin crust which I hope is also available for their regular pies and not just their whole wheat as indicated on their menu. Nevertheless, this place will forever be my late night go-to joint until I move out of the crappy area.

  7. Located in an shopping center, there's plenty of parking.  The atmosphere is very cozy as soon as you walk inside.  There are a few tables and leaves painting on the wall.  There's one TV with sports channel playing on nba game day.

I came here for lunch with the family since we were in the area plus who can say no to pizza ever?  Every slice looks delicious but what I wished they made is chicken Caesar pizza.  That's when it's literally grilled chicken Caesar salad over pizza.  My local mom pop pizza restaurants I've been serve it, but not this place.  I order the buffalo chicken slice.  It tastes pretty good, but just a little too much salt from the buffalo sauce.

The service was friendly.  I noticed within minutes of my arrival, more people came in for lunch.  They all seemed to know the owner and were chatting away.  It's good to know that they have returning customers.

  8. I made the bad decision (for convenience's sake) to come to Linwood Pizza instead of Fort Lee Pizzeria just a short drive away. The employee who took my order was extremely friendly, but seemed to have way too much trouble balancing the different customers. She misheard my order and rang up customers who had ordered after me, which normally isn't too big of a deal, but considering it was during the lunch rush on a weekday, I didn't have much time to spare for her mistakes.

I got two slices of the pepper, sausage, mushroom, onion pizza. it looks and sounds great, but every bite I took was just an overwhelming mass of cheese. There's so much cheese on these pizzas, I really couldn't taste anything else. I'm not one to give up on a pizza, but this pizza was the first that I've stopped halfway through. I may give it another go in a couple hours if my hunger gets too desperate, but I'll have to rip off the pounds of cheese first for it to even resemble a normal pizza.

Like some other reviews note, bare hands handle both the food and money.
