With a new day begins a new found chapter and after walking around aimlessly in the blistering winter cold, lunch time summons me to Little Italy Pizza. One sausage and onion roll $5.95 (no tax) with Marinara source was plentiful. It was served piping hot and rather sloppy with greasy oil. The sausage was not fresh as it was stale when bitten of three long pieces rather than numerous smaller pieces. The skin of the sausage was very thick and inedible as I had to dispel from my mouth. However, the Marinara sauce did held up and it was very flavorful. I choose not to order a beverage with my sausage roll.
This fast food pizza shop needs cosmetic structural makeover as it is very dilapidated and outdated. Very dimly lit and extreme melancholy atmosphere. Servers hustle to serve customers from order taking to order fulfillment.
I ordered a slice of Sicilian pizza for $3.25, which was pretty good. Friendly staff. Good spot for a quick slice after work. Huge space with plenty of seating. It's too bad they don't have an extensive menu to include pasta and sandwiches.
One of my favorite pizzarias. The Owner works here and is just a friendly as his staff. When I am bad and go off my diet, I get the meat lovers pizza. Ham, pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, onions and peppers. So good. Well worth the trip.
I've been eating at Little Italy for about 6 years now, as it is a couple of blocks away from my job. There are a few pizza places in the area- but this is by FAR the best one! Their regular slices, Sicilians and garlic knots are all awesome, and they are consistent. The owner and staff are all sweethearts. My only advice, seating is hard to come by during lunch time!
I had a nice slice of 'lasagna' pizza and the service was a notch above the other nearby places-the guy paid attention to my questions and made sure the bottom was extra crisp at my request when they reheated it. The price is NYC financial district pricing so it was fine. I did not have cash so they took my credit card for my $9 dollar lunch.
A friend suggested this pizza restaurant and it was pretty decent. I loved all of the options of pizza slices they offered. Everything looked fresh and my lasagna slice was yummy.
