Fine place, but there are better coffee shops out there. Very small. And when I was there, it was so so quiet, and even when they played music it was so quiet that I didn't feel like I could have a conversation. Plus, I didn't think the drinks were anything special. Fine place, just probably not a destination coffee shop.
I'm sorry. I don't see what's so great about this place. It's incredibly small and overcrowded. The set up is weird where you walk towards middle and order and get your coffee by hovering over other people in line to the corner space.
The barista gave me my hot coffee in my hand with no plate. Who the hell does that. Why don't you got plates. The coffee spilled in my hands because I had to hover over people waiting in lines. Helloooo, lattes are filled up to the brim, put a plate underneath so customers don't spill everywhere. That should be a given but I guess their no plate set up is what makes them cool.
Coffee is good though, it's Taylor estates, never heard of them, taste similar to stumptown. They got 3 stars because of coffee but everything else was BLAH
My friend took me here on my last day in Brooklyn before catching my flight and I'm so glad she did! This is such a cute little neighborhood coffee shop.
I had an Iced Mocha Latte which was very good. I could taste the espresso and with the mocha and milk it had the sweet mixed with the bitterness of the coffee.
Also, couldn't pass up on the doughnuts so decided to get the hibiscus and dulce de leche. I hesitated because I didn't want anything overly sweet, but my friend assured me it wasn't. To my surprise, my friend was right. It was airy and light, not as dense as I expected it to be.
Seating is super limited, so I'd suggest getting your coffee "to-go" or have a quick doppio standing up and head out the door! Also, the pictures of the owner's daughter, Zelda up on the walls is so precious!!!
There are a lot of cute cafes in the area (Nimbus, Lazy Ibis). The coffee is good at all of these places, and Little Zelda is definitely cute and has character, but this is my least favorite because there are very few places to sit down because it is so small.

Not much space indoors to work but great for grabbing and going. Doughnuts from dough and pastries elsewhere.
No decaf coffee but good decaf espresso (freshly ground) for a smooth and rich Americano. Matcha latter w/ almond milk was earthy and refreshing. The place is very tiny but has a nice, small, outdoor seating area in the front. The barista was attentive and made nice conversation. Service was slow since he was the only employee and took time to make each drink right.
Don't you just love cute little coffee shops that hardly have seating and are super cramped?? Not so much.
I think we (me) are obsessed w/ places that feel like a cozy spot in your own house that you can read, drink some coffee, read a good book, or chat with a friend. However, the coziest spot for me was outside on the bench with my latte and almond croissant….Yummy!
Grab and go or park on the bench outside if it's not occupied 🙂
What a cute and intimate cafe! Server was really kind and the atmosphere inviting. We snagged the seating outdoors so we could sip our tea under the sun.
