Actually more like 3.5 stars, but given the proximity to my parents house, I'll bump it up 0.5 a star. I haven't had anything crazy authentic here yet, but I'm waiting to try their tacos and soup next time I'm home. My dad, who dislike all foods that didn't come out of his kichen, enjoys the grilled and fried camerones. The shrimp are a very nice size, the rice is a little dry for me but has ample flavor. The wait does take a while but this is a small town mama-pop restaurant– authenticity is the key. I'm so happy it's so close to my parent's house!
