  1. Great place to get a bacon egg and cheese. However, they run out of croissants fairly quickly.
I was running in from the LES and this place is conveniently placed right off the bridge so it's worth a try if your in need of a food fix.
It's not too expensive either. Pretty standard.
The guys there are friendly and if you wanna sit and eat there's a sitting area right across the street.
Overall it's not bad and if it's on your route it doesn't hurt to stop in.

  2. I was on a walk, and found myself on the prowl for bacon egg and cheese. This was the first deli I encountered after passing through the Hasidic part of Williamsburg. And so to here I went. I had high hopes for the sandwich, based on the cleanliness of the place, and the option on the menu to add avocado. (And the wide selection of semi upscale snack foods, ranging from kale chips to Quest bars)

The sandwich……they my sandwich on the wrong bread, so I got it remade with a croissant. The cheddar I'd ordered had been replaced with a funky spicy cheese, the extra bacon was an anemic sliver, the croissant was stale, the "avocado" was a thin schmear of overripe yet insipid avocado. The guy making the sandwiches was nice but ruined the order in every possible way. Also they didn't have coffee stirrers or half and half. Stop here for a packaged snack but avoid the hot food at all costs.
