$8.95 lunch special all week at this former bakery non-despcipt(and I love it) BK, old school joint.
The lunch special includes an appetizer and an entree and coffee or tea- how cute.
We ordered a vegetable soup and salad. The soup was light full of veggies and cannelini beans and quite good, almost as good as the minestrone we ate at Intermezzo for their prix fix last night.
Bread was warmed and local with butter in plastic containers.
The salad was quite tasty with different lettuces, radiccio and tomatoes and well salted with red wine vinegar.
I ordered a grilled salmon and entrees come with pasta- I ordered rigatoni and my bf ordered roast chicken with ziti. All entrees were nicely made, really homestyle and good. We skipped the coffee, but this is a local deal.
