  1. Delicious lobster roll. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. It's a Connecticut style lobster roll which means lobster meat tossed in warm butter served on a toasted bun. I had a bit of sriracha on the side to dip it in. Heaven. I love that it wasn't a Maine style lobster roll which is more of a lobster salad, mixed with mayo, celery and served cold. I'm not a big fan of Maine style 🙂 The sandwich was perfect and reasonably priced.

  2. Very good lobster rolls! Fresh Maine Lobster on a roll about $15 but for the city this is pretty good. And the taste is worth it. Never been to the restaurant only the lobster truck.

  3. Wow. 4.5 stars for Luke's Lobster… I don't know about that one, son. We went to the one in the Plaza. You know, that fancy hotel from Home Alone? Well now they have an underground shopping center with a bunch of fancy ass mini-shops so fucking immigrants and poor people can pretend like they belong in the fucking Plaza. It's like the plain black Givenchy t-shirt of food courts.

She's craving Luke's Lobster from our trip 2 years ago, we end up here. I'm like fuck it, we'll order the most expensive thing on the menu cause the wealthy are upstairs, and it turns out to be six halves of a lobster roll, crab roll, shrimp roll. I'm watching them prepare the sandwiches and everything is in these weird freeze dried things. Like the peel back plastic to put the chicken on your chicken Caesar salad kit. What the fuck, man.

Toasts the bread, puts a little mystery sauce on it, a little melted butter, I eat it, it tastes like nothing, the shrimp roll might as well be a napkin because we both throw it away and it is on to the next one.

    So skippable.

  4. Yes, it's a pricy option for lunch, but so good. $16 for a "full" lobster roll is actually pretty damn worth it for how tasty it is. Crispy buttery roll included. The shredded crab is a cheaper alternative, but is of equal quality. Super fresh seafood. The shrimp roll was probably my least favorite of the three, but it's still pretty damn good. Just go here.

  5. Luke's Lobster grabs onto you with their claws, traps you with hefty prices, and makes you shell out the big bucks. I have had Luke's bookmarked and I randomly stumbled upon this famous truck one shopping day. These delectable crustacean rolls are packed full of meat and the buttery bread is toasted to perfection. The only and biggest (smallest?) downside is that they're gobbled up in a few bites.

  6. Was a bit hesitant to eat lobster from a food truck but Luke's didn't disappoint. Great portion and nice flavor for food truck lobster. Dressing was a bit heavy for me and would've preferred a toasted bun

  7. Luke's Lobster was present at Electric Zoo on Randalls Island. Was highly recommended by the event, even before it started.

Top notch lobster rolls! A lot of them tend to have lots of filler ingredients, but Luke's keeps it simple – just a huge amount of fresh lobster, put on a toasted roll with the glorious taste of butter. The butter right there on the roll made every bite so perfect.

Only thing is they are a bit pricey, but considering the amount of high-quality, fresh lobster with no fillers, I think it's overall quite worth checking out.

  8. Very good lobster roll. It's around $20 but you get a lot of lobster meat. It's in a cool New England lobster roll. Chunks of moist juicy lobster meat. Enjoy
