We go here often! I haven't tried any of the food but my family and friends often get sandwiches and small meals that smell really nice. Their home-made brew is to die for! It is a blend of iced tea and lemon aid and it comes in the biggest cup you could ask for! I believe the prices are moderate to a bit pricey but the value is worth it!
Some of the guys that work here can be a little obnoxious but some of them are really sweet. The classic BLT is great. They sell a lot of candy I don't see in other stores as well. Be sure to get a manor brew!
This place brings back memories from middle school, a.k.a getting a senior to drive there to get Manor Brew's (Mixed Lemonade and Iced Tea with a chunk of ice).
The sandwiches here are pretty good, my last visit was a corned beef and slaw sandwich. Like most deli's in the area, the candy on the shelves is from 1983, and the prices are skyrocket high.
Worst part, they don't actually give you a receipt, so you can't even see how much everything costs. I theorize that a 24 oz. Manor Brew is like $5.00.
Its a good place if you're in the mood for a sandwich, and probably one of the few relatively quick places for lunch on Covert.
This is my go to hangover relief joint. $3 gets you a decent egg sandwich and either a large coffee, OJ or Lemonade or Iced tea (Go with the manor brew). The Manor Deli boasts a wide array of some very good homemade delicacies and entrees. Their sandwich selection is impressive but not overwhelming. They have a great variety of frozen entrees that are all homemade and very delicious. While I cannot vouch for many of the foodstuffs they prepare, I can tell you that the breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and coffee are all terrific!
Long waiting line, rock hard bagels, rude service, unappetizing home fries. Go to the other bagel/sandwich place down the street instead, worth more of your money.
