Very disappointing the last few years. I grew up going to this place so I have a lot of memory's and emotional attachment to this place. Even so, they have been really going downhill lately.
Things they need to fix:
1) Change the frying oil more often. Not only is this super unhealthy it makes the food taste all stale. You can smell the burned oil outside. This is the hallmark of bad management.
2) Put the ketchup dispenser back ( they cut it down to one when I moved back into town and now it's just the empty case).
3) Keep basics like napkins and straws available.
4) Clean better, particularly the bathroom, men room is always a mess.
5) put in a soda fountain, or at least be less stingy with refills, and cups of water.
Positives:
Location. The turnover in this place is crazy bc the location is amazing. This is why they are getting so lazy I believe.
Decent play area for kids.
