But I figured hey- I just want a sweet tea on this 90-degree day.. let me pop in for one.
Ugh.
1) The line was ridiculous.
2) The staff (at least my cashier) looked miserable.
3) I stood and waited and waited… and waited for a Sweet Tea. Yes, you read that correctly. I didn't order a meal, didn't order multiple drinks. Just one. I finally had to go up and ask my cashier about the Sweet Tea. I got an "oh" and then my tea appeared. ::sigh::
4) As I turned to grab a straw I found myself being lectured but a mumbling McDonalds employee about my choice in drink. She apparently disapproved of the sweet tea in my hand as well as the soda in the hand of the gentleman next to me. She said "everyone should just drink water. I don't even know why they sell this stuff." Obviously this lady has been spending time w/ Bloomy and his 16oz campaign. Whatever the reason she probably shouldn't be knocking the product of the company she works for.
::sigh::
Bottom line- don't bother visiting this McDonalds…even if its for a single item. You'll barely make it out alive.
So gross. This place really needs to improve in many ways. Yes, I'm aware it's a McDonald's but no excuse.
Can the cashiers be less miserable?
Can you chase away the dregs of society from harassing customers outside?
Can you clean this place up?
I like this McDonald's, however, for their iced coffee and $1 fee ATM.
Crazy busy, minimal control over the lines/wait, and over 140 seats upstairs (literally there's a sign at the door for that).
2 Big Macs for $5 right now (sandwiches only).
::sigh::
I should know better. Really I should.

It's a McDonald's. Pretty standard, not much to complain about. The Big Mac I had was OK.
