  1. It's McDonald so the concept of this is fast service and fast food. I like that they have a charging station upstairs. It's pretty clean here too and there are plenty of seats upstairs. I come here to buy my happy meal and I'm happy alright. I get my toy, soda, fires, burger and apples.

  2. Since it's McDonalds…not much to say about the food specifically…

After craving for a Mickey Ds burger and frieds….I came to the location to pick up lunch around 1:15 PM and I didn't have to wait at all. No lines and food came out fast as expected.

    Seating available upstairs.

  3. An extremely small McDonald's when you make your way in, especially on weekdays when it is packed during lunchtime. If I didn't know any better, it's actually a safety hazard during lunchtime with the hoards of work people, students and tourists bombarding the few counters that they have. It's a good thing that there is an upstairs, but the real problem is the 1st floor where there is a small amount of space to navigate when trying to order and wait for your food.

  4. Service was quick. They don't offer the full menu.
Lots of people just "hanging out" inside and out.

  5. Ah, as McDonald's go, well, it's not bad.  Clean in the morning, but the lunch rush seems to take out the cleanliness a bit.

Service was standard, but the smiles that normally are encountered don't show up here regularly.  Not a surprise in the morning (who's happy in the morning other than a rare few), but by lunchtime, I do expect at least a hello and a smile from -someone- when I smile at them.

Ah, well.  But the McNuggets taste the same.

  6. Are you afraid of heights?  I hope not, because you might have to climb up to the top floor to find a seat.  It's like climbing the mast on a ship to get to the crow's nest!

Aside from that, this is a kind of mediocre place.  There is no organization so it's a free for all when you try to order and the space where you order is tiny.  I went on a Sunday afternoon to grab a quick sandwich and it took a very long time…the kitchen guys didn't have their act together.

The seating areas on the 2nd and 3rd floor were crowded and dirty.  The two garbage cans I saw were overflowing so people had just started placing the trash gently in front of the can.

Food was okay though, so can't complain.  But there are definitely nicer McDonald's in midtown.

  7. Like every McD's, it has mediocre service with shitty food that would clog up your arteries in a second but yet I still love to eat it. The service is okay but this location is packed with tourists and people who seems to be trapped in some kind of daze. There are roughly three floors of spacious seating but there are people there who just sit there and kind of hang out. I wish McD's had a more stringent policy for people who just come to read a book and take up 4 chairs by themselves.
