   Story time: This morning I went to this location to buy my normal oatmeal and that coveted cup of coffee to get my through my day. I saw 2 cars pull in and I pulled up right behind them waiting to get to the speaker for my order. Keep in mind, the speaker at this location is way up well into the drive thru with a fence and a curb on either side. Someone pulled up behind me. I wait to be served and I hear, "Our machines are down, we can only accept cash, is that okay?" My response with no cash,"No, that's not okay." So I get a sheepish "sorry". I look behind me to see if I can back out… NOPE. Remember how the drive thru is set up. .. I was met with no choice but to sit behind other orders and someone behind me that also could not back up. Now I'm mad, so after the person in front of me gets their cash only order I wait at the window… after about say, 15 to 20 seconds someone finally opens the window. I tell them how my morning was ruined, I now don't have breakfast or coffee for my work day. Mcdonalds obviously didn't want to see me smiling this day.

   All I asked is how come there was NO SIGN to say cash only, or have employees get off their butt to tell customers BEFORE they get stuck at the drive thru speaker translating into late for work and no coffee and an empty stomach.

   I'm highly annoyed with this location and really debating if I should try my luck anymore. The least the women at the window could do was give a coupon as an apology for ruining my day as well as several others who deserve a complimentary sundae and most likely weren't as civil as me. A simple "sorry" seriously does not suffice as excellent customer service.

   Management should look into getting the machines fixed and look into the employees who don't understand what it means to provide excellent customer service, especially during someone's morning commute.
