  1. Didn't realize there was a meemoms in Middletown.  I'm so glad to have come here for breakfast with my family! The French toast are delicious here! It's moist with a great flavor without the toppings.

The toppings is where meemoms gets creative with their French toast which they are known for.  We ordered the Tipsy Piggy and Boston creme French toasts.  My daughter raved about the Boston creme and i had a bite and thought it was very good.  My Tipsy Piggy was great! Only gripe was it could have used more bacon! Not just because I love bacon,  just not enough. My wife ordered the ultimate banana bread.  It was also very good.

Simple and modern decor.  There are a lot of seating,  but it gets really busy and waits can be over 30 minutes.  Because their menu so creative,  which also has a large variety of egg and other  breakfast items, panini,  sandwiches, coffee bar,  there are lots of families with KIDS! The restaurant was loud with a lot of crying and whining!

The staff are friendly and place is clean. I noticed an employee really wiping down the table and seats after a family left.

I really want to comeback with an empty stomach for more French toast, and try egg items which also sound delicious on paper!

  2. I challenge anyone to find a better French toast in the area… good luck, b/c you won't! This place is a sweet breakfast dream come true!

Cookie Doughn't You Want Some still has me thinking about it weeks later…

  3. thank you for opening a second location 10 minutes from my house! I may be quite selfish but we used to drive half hour to wall for this food, it's THAT GOOD!

first off, everyone who works here is super nice. you can tell it isn't forced and that it's clearly a comfortable and fun place to be. we came the second day (we couldn't help ourselves) and while they were still ironing out the kinks, we were out of there in an hour. even the owner remembered us when we came back the next week (don't judge!)

typically we stick with breakfast. all the french toasts we've had are AMAZING. I personally have a soft spot for their benedicts, and their breakfast quesadilla is absolutely delicious. that Krispy Kreme donut…dear god get the donut!!' it's battered in french toast mix and done on a flat top with fresh berries. you don't even need the syrup that comes with it, it's THAT GOOD.

if you're in the mood for lunch, please get the Mac and cheeses. they're a perfect portion and probably some of the best I've ever had.

the cold brew is done perfectly and literally anything you'll get will knock your socks off.

keep in mind it's a small place, prime time on a weekend I'm sure you'll be waiting for a while and it'll be busy, but it's SO worth it.

  4. First of all, I was an awful customer, I was today what every waiter dreads, I walked in with my child who was angelic at every place we went today except for meemoms!   She was a terror here but despite that, our waiter was great.  So nice and friendly and gave us great service.

I really wish I would've read the coffee drink list before I ordered because I just ordered coffee and it looked like they have a lot of fun drinks.  I'm going to assume French toast is their real specialty because that took up a good portion of the menu, they have tons of really unique options    I opted for the breakfast enchiladas which were excellent, it was like a breakfast burrito but smothered in sauce and cheese.  I asked for fries instead of the "spuds" they give with eggs, our waiter forgot but told me he was ordering me a side.  I told him not to bother and I actually really ended up liking the "spuds".  Sometimes you really shouldn't change the menu, the chef knows what he's doing.  Lesson learned lol!

Nice atmosphere we were a little cramped but I'm sure they are not trying to make their restaurant to be accommodating for three year olds.  I'm sure normal adults without coloring books and an iPad will do just fine!

  5. This place is as yummy as it gets! Craving something sweet, like french toast regular or yes GLUTEN FREE.  This adorable restaurant tucked away in the Shop Rite Plaza is the place to go!  Seriously there is something on the menu for everyone from breakfast temptations to healthy creations.  An excellent variety of foods to tempt everyone's taste buds.  Not a breakfast person well no problem as they have wraps, salads, soups and panini's.  Staying on your diet they have stay fit dishes too. My husband and I indulged with the Tipsy Piggy regular for him and Gluten free for me.  I was told they can make almost anything on the menu Gluten free as they have GF bread.  Wonderful atmosphere and fantastic service.  Can't wait for our next visit.

So best waitress goes out to Vanessa, third time she waited on us. Always fantastic and great at suggesting things to try. Vanessa's choice – Mom's chicken panini, Aw-berry French toast and Havana Omelet. Excellent recommendations!
