After a failed delivery the first time, I decided to try them again. The food was delicious. Warm with condiments and utensils and a whole container of rice in addition to the entree. Two people could easily share this. The prices are reasonable, and the delivery was within an hour.
I've always wonder what ceviche tasted like? Will I love it? Will I hate it? What else do they have to offer? what is salchipapas? What's guatita? All these were the type of questions I asked at this Ecuadorian castle. Not only did I eat all of the above mentioned, but I must say that, this place has a very nice warm and homey staff. This is were I ate ceviche for the first time. It was really good and yummy. The sauce was on point, the shrimps were plump and flavorful. The next time I go I will try the guatita the beef tripe. Salchipapas,on the other hands is something I had before, it's basically french fries with fried sausage, but instead of potatoes, for us Dominicans, it would be plantains or tostones with fried salami. Overall the decor it's pretty safe, landscape paintings on the walls, but the service is good. Simplicity comes to mind when I go to this place.
