When done right, the food definitely is worthy of an above-average grade. The hummus is rich and creamy, the falafel is crispy, and the beets/cauliflower side dishes are consistent complements. Yet, the consistency is really the main reason to come back for repeat visits. The Urbanspace Vanderbilt is filled with congested and pricey options that wouldn't be considered value or healthy eats (even though Dough and Ovenly are worth the indulgence).
