My parents got take out from here for my birthday dinner last week and it was a wonderful way to end the day. I've never actually been to this place, as my dad always handles the ordering and picking up the food, but take out is always delicious. Then again, Indian food travels really well.
This particular time we got
Daal Gosht 5/5 – This is the only place that I've had this particular dish and its awesome. Basically spicy lentils with goat. Not a combination you see very often.
Butter Chicken 3/5 – Eh, it was too sweet and too tomato-y for my tastes. My mom does a better job.
Goat Biriyani 4/5 – Great flavor and lots of meat pieces, but it tasted just the slightest bit old.
Naan 4/5 – Very good, but I've had some really excellent naan in my day, so I have high standards
Chicken Shish Kabob 4/5 – These were awesome.
This place likes to turn up the heat, so you have to make sure to specify mild or you'll be in lots of pain.
