  1. Came here for dinner. Wouldn't recommend this place. The salmon were super thin with a lot of rice. The app wasn't any better. The "Thai" soup was literally drinking MSG. It tasted really bad, does not taste like soup at all. It seemed as if there were too much "soup" and not enough ingredients. The calamari was okay I guess. 4 pieces. But who doesn't make good calamari?! The rest of the food was pretty bland. The other thing that was alright was the pad Thai. Chicken was good.

Nonetheless, I gave it another go for a lunch bento box hoping it was better. I don't think it got better, probably worse. The bento box was super small. I think I'll stick with wasabi down a block or two.

From the angle, I'm pretty sure Serena Z. Works for them. The pictures were taken behind the sushi bar. And it most definitely did not come out looking like that when my sushi was put on to the table. The calamari did not come out looking good like that either. It was just a plate with sauce and 4 pieces of calamari. Nothing fancy like the picture shown.

Another thing, I'm really upset about was the sashimi. I mean, I come here for dinner expecting to eat sashimi with my girlfriends but none of us eat anything besides salmon sashimi. We wanted salmon only sashimi and wrote that on the paper. They came back stating they cannot make "salmon only" sashimi. I think this is the first place that has told me that cannot make salmon only for the sashimi section. I was pretty upset about that.

I know the food was bad but the customer service seems very good. Whenever I need something, they're always around maybe because it's pretty dead inside. There was only one table sitting besides my table. Once I entered, the sushi bar people stared directly at me and my friends just standing around. Felt really unpleasant and uncomfortable. The one star was for the waitress and waiters.

  2. Japanese and Thai cuisine? That's a first in Brooklyn, especially the fact of a Thai place in this area. You have the option of all you can eat or made to order. Lunch is $13.95 and dinner is $19.95 for AYCE, before tax. The quality is excellent and portions are really big compare to all the other AYCE and all the food is freshly made, even the soup.

The pad thai and stir fried udon are really good, love them. Curry samosa is really crispy and full of flavor. Their fried calamari pieces are huge and nicely battered fried, soft but crispy. Their special rolls: sex and the city, momotaro, king of dragon, are really good too! The salmon, yellowtail, octopus, white tuna, and mackerel sushi looked and tasted extremely fresh.
