Best buffalo chicken pizza!
This isn't my go-to Italian place but I've eaten here a few times. Nothing really stood out to me or my taste buds but still good.
I have to give them 5 stars for catering. I swear, they were perfect in every way. We ordered rice balls (without meat for our vegetarian guests), eggplant rollatini, caesar salad, chicken francaise, sausage and peppers, chicken fingers (for the kids) and penne alla vodka. Their prices were excellent but the service was even more so. They delivered the food fresh, hot and on-time, gave us rolls, butter and grated cheese for all, and even offered specialty meals for the gluten-free guests. My guests came from all over and raved about the food. They definitely deserve a gold star for catering!
I have been to Mona Lisa's quite a few times over the years. I stumbled across this place one day when I was heading to the 5th Street deli, which is right across the way. The place was remodeled a few years back, and now has a nice dining room area.
They make a great buffalo chicken pizza and the chicken parm slice is good too. Their pizza has a nice crispy crust that holds up well.
I have had a good grilled chicken salad their also.
They also have a large assortment of stuffed rolls.
Good place if your in the area.
