It's a small local sushi restaurant. I visited on weekend evening, we were the only one who came in for dining. It's run by Korean family. Parents works at sushi bar and kitchen, daughter works for serving customers. Dinning area was generally dark. Not much of atmosphere I can think about. Honestly I wasn't much enjoying being dinning there.
I ordered shrimp ball for appetizer, kamikaze roll, spicy crunch roll, etc. My favorite was kamikaze roll. Foods were delicious. I liked it. But service was so slow. I had to walk to sushi bar straight to order extra stuffs.
I'll love to order stuffs to go, but I have to think twice before dining there.
Cute spot with decent prices! It gets packed really quickly especially since theres barely any seats.
The New York Roll was good- simple, but different from what ive ever had.
Sit yourself at the "bar" and enjoy some laughs with the man who makes the sushi himself!
I've been here for lunch a few times. $9.95 includes two sushi rolls, a Miso soup and a salad, which I think is a great deal. They also do Bento boxes for $9.49. BYOB place, small but comfortable and accommodating. I think it's a cute lunch spot, I wouldn't go for dinner, but the lunch prices and portions are definitely doable. The spicy mayo is good, definitely has a serious kick to it though!
Monday of this week I had gone the entire day without eating anything. It was about 5 PM as I was driving down Kinderkamack Rd. Famished, I decided to pull in to Ms. Sushi for a 5 PM meal. Based on my prior experience with over-ordering three rolls, I ordered two. Paired with a green salad with their made freshly-made dressing the meal was Both fresh and delicious as well as perfectly satisfying.
This is a great location for a quick Sushi meal when you have the craving, but do not want to go through the whole ordeal of sitting down for a lengthy meal. I have grown to use it as a healthy alternative to fast food.
Came here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon by myself. It's a nice place, easy to find. Walked in to find out I was the only one. The host was taking a nap on a table when I walked in. She got up and quickly sat me. She was very friendly and so was the sushi chef.
I ordered a miso soup and Philadelphia roll. The miso soup was alright. The seaweed in the soup was very hard to chew. It wouldn't break apart which was very weird and it had a sour taste. The Philadelphia roll was delicious even though the salmon didn't taste fresh. The rolls are big so the six is enough to fill one up. The ginger was super dry though. Great service though.
Awesome sushi! Really liked the ambience and the owners. Must try the spicy salmon and spicy tuna. Would definitely give another visit.
I'm not impressed at all with my first impression of Ms Sushi.
Ordered Salmon Don, which was described as a dinner served with soup and salad. It came (delivery) with only soup, which really lacked flavor. The salmon was half cooked and warm, as the rice was served hot. This made for an unpleasant combo. Sake don is my go-to at sushi places, but I've never had this effect before. It was also served with a strawberry. Really?
The others were not all that impressed with their selections either.
Perhaps they're better to dine-in than delivery, but I'm not sure if I'll take another shot at this one.
