  1. They've got some goood coffee here, and they're really quick about it too. I go in almost every day I work my internship just because you can be in and out within like two minutes. The people who work there are really nice too, friendly and down to chat. One day I was feeling especially dead inside and I got a large coffee with an extra shot of espresso and it still tasted amazing, so you know they care, you know?

They've also got some dope muffins, I'm a big fan of the cranberry one. One day I'm gonna go for their croissants. I def have my eye on the mozzarella pesto croissant sandwich. Yum.

Only reason I'm not going for the full five stars is that it's a bit expensive, and it's not awesome to leave your morning coffee stop with a $10 bill. Still, when you're tired af and you need it, they're a great spot. I'm pretty stoked about redeeming my punch card.

  2. My to-go spot for pick-me-up on my way to my evening masters class at Baruch or the school library. The latte is legit, though my nose had wrinkled at the iced coffee. I also really liked their chrysanthemum tea, perfect for the cold or just poopy weather in general. They also serve pastries including macarons that are decent. Very limited seating – 3 small tables that seat two, but there's free wifi. I wouldn't call it good for working because of the limited seats and cramped space, but otherwise it's a nice pit stop for a cuppa joe.

  3. Their drip coffee is great and baristas are always very friendly. The space is tiny so its a stop and go kinda place, not a place to meet up and sit down. Make sure to get their punch card so you can get free coffee after purchasing 10 cups. Definitely enjoyed going here when I worked in the area!

  4. Ambience : Pretty small, so if you're looking for a place to sit down, this isn't really a guarantee here.  Although, I do love their little set up of the few tables they do have.  Their tables have a bunch of different currency with messages written on some.  Cute, and reminiscent of travels, and makes me think of where I want to go next.

Service : Geez these guys are so incredibly friendly and attentive it's insane.  Bright eyes, beautiful smiles, and quick service.

Food : I really like their iced carmelita.  I haven't actually gotten anything aside from this yet since coming here.  It's really tasty, refreshing, and has a nice amount of sweetness.  It's not diabetic status sweet, but has a nice touch.
I got a mozzarella and pesto croissant, which was pretty good.  My only complaint is that I wish the pesto were a little more flavorful. However, the macarons are great, especially the honey lavender! A little bit more pricey that I've seen around the city though.

If I had enough money to come here everyday, I probably would.  A couple times a week shall suffice though =P

This small coffee shop was a great place to stop in and grab a cup of coffee. They accept Cups App, which always makes me happy.  Use Promo Code 25pn5 for discounted and free cups of coffee.  I had a cortado which came in a white paper cup with customized logo stamp.  There was no foam art, but I like it better that way.  There were three two top tables and a pastry case. I will visit here again.

  6. I am a glass half empty type of person (yes, I'm acknowledging the fact that I am a huge pessimist), but that doesn't mean I like my coffee cups half empty, especially if it has just been handed to me. I ordered a disco latte (aka. large latte), which was a decent cup of joe, but I think it must have been 1/3 foam and 2/3 coffee and milk, because it didn't last me all that long. Probably my fault. I should have asked for 'no foam', but really, I wasn't expecting THAT much foam.

Mywaycup is cute, but tiny. Definitely more of a grab-and-go coffee place than a meet-your-friend-here-and-chat-for-hours kind of place. The decor is pretty sweet, especially the glass top tables with different types of currency peeping through.

I might stop by again on my way to work, but only because of it's convenient location right next to the 6 train stop on 23rd.

  7. An early morning coffee for me I guess, and I'm so glad I found this place out. Proudly carry intelligentsia coffee, my way indeed did its coffee in its own way!

Four small tables, with bills displaying beneath the glass – interesting setup! Friendly barista, nice ambience, smooth espresso, everything works for me here!

As they have said – E=MC sq.

  8. Favorite grab-and-go coffee near work in Flatiron. Mywaycup is an Israeli coffee shop with good coffee (happened upon some of their shipment packages and they use Intelligentsia! Yum) and friendly vibe. Pretty small space with only a few tables lined by the walls but it is quiet and equipped with wifi so can be a nice place to work if you're on your own or with one other friend. Plus the baristas are very friendly which is my favorite part about coming here.

We frequent this place quite often (pretty much once per day), so much so that the baristas can guess our orders. Make sure you get their punch cards so that you can get a cup free if you go enough times (10 purchases I believe).
