Napoli Pizza has been around for a very long time. Their ownership has changed probably twice growing up. Their large pizza's use to be $8.99, their delivery service use to be crazy fast, and their slices, I remember to be pretty perfect. Perfect as in fluffy crust, light sauce, mozzarella cheese that would literally fall off when you picked up the pizza but you knew that cheese could probably stretch for miles. These days, not so much.
Every time I go home, it isn't what it seemed to be. Overpriced to say the least. I guess that is expected due to the crazy inflation of prices these days. To get it delivered about 5 blocks takes well over an hour. And their pizza is just, ehh. I taste no love made in this pizza. They might as well have rolled some dough out onto their pan, splatter some sauce onto it, grade some cheese over it, throw it in the oven and call it a day.
I'm disappointed to say the least. Will the real owners of Napoli, please stand back up.
Napoli's is a really solid spot. The pizza tastes very good, especially the sauce and cheese combo. has a nice seasoning to it, which i feel many places just get wrong. However, I will note the crust is a little softer and more doughy than I prefer, but I judge that to be a personal preference.
I have had a couple versions of their salads and they do a good job with grilled chicken.
They aren't stingy with the portion sizes, and prices are reasonable.
Lastly, I found their online ordering service to be convenient and intuitive.
Give it a try
