  1. This was my first time trying out Russian cuisine and now I'm addicted! The food here is amazing. I tried the Lagman soup which was bursting with flavor. The thin slices of tender beef coupled with thick noodles and vegetables in a delicious savory broth. The Lagman soup is a must try here and is now my absolute, hands down, favorite soup of all time. The meat Samsa is a crispy, buttery, flaky pastry filled to the brim with meat and a little amount of onion and seasoning will fill your taste buds wanting more. The Lulya kebab was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The meat was so soft and tender and melted in your mouth. The waitress was attentive. She took our orders quickly, she checked up on us and gave refills for our water without asking. I will definitely be coming back here!

  2. This is definitely the best Uzbek restaurant in the area. Their cigar rolls are the best I have ever tried. First of all, they're large in portion size, and they are cheesy and garlicky. All of their kebabs are delicious; the salmon, chicken, and lula are my favorite. The shepherd's salad with feta is a must. I'm also a fan of their fries, they top it off with dill and garlic. If you're deciding on which soup to try here, go for the lagman soup, you won't be disappointed.

  3. Oh i so wish if they had one in the South as well 🙂

Was introduced to this Uzbek spot by a friend and my O my it was the best fresh food ive had in a long long while.  I have to start with the SERVICE it is amazing and they go all out to make sure you are taken care off.

Got seated pretty fast , noticed if its just 2 its easier to get a table if more than 2 you will have to wait.

Food-   Bread was brought as soon as we seated and we started off with the nargis salad and uzbek lamb palao. One of the freshest salads ive had and tasty, every vege in the salad was fresh and perfect.  The palao tasted amazing and the lamb meat was mouth watering.  We then ordered some Grill items, chicken on bone was the special for today, regular chicken, beef skewers and lamb.  Every item was mouth watering and you had to order more and more.

Best part bout this place are the prices, which is very resonably priced you would expect it would be more expensive oh no everything is under 5$.

Enjoy this and hopefully they open more around the country.

  4. This place is always hopping. You really need reservations on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. I have sampled almost the whole menu-everything is absolutely delicious, fresh, & packed with flavor. The service is always on point & we are always satisfied.

  5. Authenticity: 3 star
Good food:  3.5 star (not great)
    Service: 2.5

4 of us arrived on a Monday afternoon to try some (we were kinda hyped) uzbek food, and we were disappointed…

To start out, I have been to Eastern Europe many times, and had the opportunity to try some great uzbek & Russian food, so I know how authentic uzbek cuisine should taste like; this place ain't it! Period…  For example, let's take a simple dish, the chebureki: where was the juicy meat in the middle? Or the flavor of the meat?? And what about the flavor of the dough??  They seriously want me to believe that this is how it tastes like in moscow? Saint Petersburg? Kiev?
The same was with The samsa and the bread (non), they were tasteless compared to the Russian "authentic" standards…  The closest thing to authentic on the menu, – and better than average – was the chalop (Sour milk soup), but even this was watered down…

Regarding the service here, the waitress simply couldn't explain the menu to us! because she hardly spoke any English…  Smh!    Also we had to wait too long for dishes to come out, even had to remind my waitress twice what we ordered…

Bottom line: if you are looking for something a "bit" different, and a "tiny bit" above average food, then welcome! welcome! make yourself comfortable, and enjoy the meal, but if….

Dusvidaniya, and I don't think I'll be back. (maybe for a slice of their neapolon)

  6. I like this place. The salmon kebabs with mashed potatoes is my go to meal. The cigars with cheese and delightful. The Shepard salad with feta is also really yummy. The service isn't the best but I will always keep coming back as long as the food stays great.

  7. Good food, great setting, service is a little overbearing/haphazard. I don't think I've ever had Uzbeki cuisine before, but it was all excellently spiced, the specials were interesting, and it was not crazy expensive. The setting, ambiance and food were more than enough to overcome the service; at times it seemed there was more staff (all with Secret Service earpieces) than customers, and the place was packed!

  8. This place is hands down the best.  From the food to the service to the decor they have it down packed.

You must absolutely try their meats, bread and the tea.  Do limit yourself and try to order a little bit of everything as portions here are big and very filling.

Uzbek plov and the kebabs are amazing, so is the Samsa.

I've ordered from here as well as eaten in and its consistently perfect every time.

The staff is always around bring food, clearing table and taking care of anything you need.

They also have excellent selection of beers.
