This place is a solid zero. Period.
Its not often that I have to write about a horrific experience because thankfully they are far and few in between. Unfortunately the customer service here is nonexistent. I called and placed an order for delivery. The girl said that it would be about an hour. I agreed and hung up. About 1hr 20min later I called asking where my food was. The same girl tells me to hold while she calls the driver. She comes back onto the line and assures me that the driver will be delivering my food next. As I patiently waited I realized that now it has been exactly 2 hours since I placed my order. I called again and the girl told me to hold again. She then gets back on the line telling me the driver does not have my food and I will not be able to get anything because the restaurant was closing in 20 minutes. What?!?!?! So I waited 2 solid hours to be left hungry? She was EXTREMELY UNAPOLOGETIC about it with a "too bad" type of attitude. I was completely appalled. I would normally never even eat food from here but I am trying to eat a bit healthier. Management needs to have training classes on how to treat customers. After expressing my angst then and only then her final outcome was to say they could possibly whip up another order but that would be at least an additional 30 minutes. I hung up and ordered from somewhere else. Never again!
Just ate here for the first time and was very pleased. I had the chicken club panini on whole wheat flat bread and my husband had the salmon wrap. We also shared an order of baked sweet potato fries.
The food was pretty yummy and very reasonably priced. We ate in house and the service was friendly and quick.
With a wide array of unhealthy options in the area, I'm glad to have this place!
I really like this place. Out of all the healthy options, this one by far is my favorite. The food is flavorful and filling. I never feel guilty after a workout. It's not the healthy food I dread eating either. The portions are nice sized. I just wish they had a location where I lived 🙁 the trip here is worth it
Their salads and wraps are good, reasonably priced, and healthy. There are about 6 or 7 tables and waitress service if you want to dine in. Next time, I'll do takeout because the juicer is LOUD. That kinda just comes with the territory though.
Came here for just a dessert and a smoothie. They were not that great. It is a cute place. Music was somewhat on the loud side. They have plenty of healthy stuff on the menu. Definitely a place for just a quick meal. Service was nice and fast. I originally wanted a sugar free cheesecake, but they ran out. That was fast because it was only mid afternoon. Instead I got the sugar free chocolate mousse. It was very bland. No taste to it at all. I also got the peanutty blast smoothie. That tasted average. Maybe a little too much peanut butter.
Very good food! Friendly staff! My first time having turkey bacon at a restaurant, not a fan. My pancakes and egg whites were delicious!!
It's always nice to have a healthy option in the neighborhood. I only ordered via Seamless and quality of the food definitely exceeded my expectations. I ordered a veggie burger with the deluxe that came with sweet potato fries and pickles. Although not as juicy as a regular beef burger, their veggie burger was pretty decent. It wasn't too dry and it didn't feel like I was eating cardboard. I think they could perhaps add a little homemade sauce to the patty to give it a little more umfph. I also ordered the Maui Sunset smoothie which was very delicious. Personally, I thought the small size smoothie was a bit dinky. I think I will have to go for a large next time. The delivery does take a little long. For me, it was about an hour.
A bit on the pricier side especially for the portion of the food given. I am okay with paying extra as long as the quality of the food is up to par. This was just okay as I ordered one of their wraps from the menu. Would only come here again since it's one of the healthier options around the nighborhod.
