The Juices are good, but expensive! ($7 for apple, pear, beet, ginger, lemon "BLISS")

They are hesitant to make juices on the spot for you and try to sell you the cold-pressed juices in the fridge from the morning. Those are fresh but i like absolutely fresh juice if I am going to pay that much.

Nice addition to Glen Rock…needs main street signage though.

Cute little spot in the back of the plaza.

I took a while to order, asking the employees for a recommendation. Decided on the Buffalo Tempeh as a salad. They don't have GF wraps or bread 🙁 It was tasty, not too spicy, but the perfect amount. However, it was SUPER salty. Didn't even finish it for the fear of being dehydrated all day and I was also worried it was fried, but I could be wrong since I forgot to ask.

I ordered the Green Goddess juice as well: Parsley, Kale, Spinach, Celery, Lime, Cucumber and Romaine. The choice between cold press and regular was available for the same price, so of course I went with cold press. I was told 5 minutes after waiting that there was no cold pressed romaine. I wondered what that meant and took a peak in the back. It looked as if all the ingredients are cold pressed in large batches and poured together when making a juice during the day. I'm not super strict on drinking juice right after it's pressed, but what's the point of offering cold press to customers if they're not fresh and not saying this is how it's done?

Took home brownie bites as well, which were pretty good. Overall good experience, but not Wow'd.

Great little hidden-away juice and smoothie bar in a building with a yoga studio and karate school. Currently, they serve juices and smoothies, but do they have a small fridge with quinoa salad and other snacks. During the week, they have soup, and they're hoping to add sandwiches soon. Excellent selection with at least a dozen smoothies that can be customized to your liking. I tried the Breathless smoothie, which included kale, spinach, banana, apple, strawberries, and filtered water. Very clean and has a friendly staff!
