If I lived in the epicenter of a mass of fake Chinese take out restaurants, I would pick this one out of the bunch to go to. The food is like any other Chinese take out joint (with the exception of their dumplings), but I'm loyal to New China Kitchen because of the nice Chinese counter lady, nice delivery man, super close proximity to my home, consistency… yup! Four stars!
I think that when there are a million other fake Chinese take out places that you are competing with, friendliness and a little smile go a long way. So hurrah for New China Kitchen!
