Thank you for being there for me through the years, Super Snack.
The quality of food varies here at Super Snack with the fresh pickins' obviously being the best and the hour old food re-roasting in its own oil resting low on the yum scale.
be smart and savvy when you walk in and choose the food that looks the freshest– not just dumplings because you're used to them (or something similar)
cheap! cheap! CHEAP!
i think its….. 4 dumplings/$1 and 3 tea eggs/$1
Flushing is crawling with joints like these, so if you cant find what you're looking for, do not fret. simply walk to the next block.
Nice on-the-go kind of place for food. I've had their dumplings before and really enjoyed it. A lot of fried food! Full of oil but nonetheless very satisfying.
I stopped at New Super Snack intending to pick up a bottle of water but I stayed when I saw trays of fried barely identifiable goodies. I went with the fried turnip (or it may have been taro) veggie ball things- 2 of them cost 75 cents. I loved the flavor and they were small enough that I didn't feel guilty about the fried factor.
I love this place – the milk tea is well made, and the noodles are cheap and good. I like getting tea eggs and fried bread with a cup of cold milk tea. Good prices too.
