Love this bagel shop! Love being greeted with "Hello honey!" every morning.
The cheerfulness of the staff is infectious. So for that alone- I love visiting New York Bagel Stop right before I go in to work. Service is very quick and the bagels are delicious! There's also breakfast sandwiches which I have yet to try- but am sure are very good as well. There's a large selection of drinks and a few small tables for eat in dining.
Stopped in before grabbing a train back to school. I was planning on getting a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich but the customer ahead of me was having a lot of difficulty placing a similar order (the woman behind the counter first made an egg salad bagel sandwich), so I decided to save myself the time and the headache and just go for a plain bagel with cream cheese. For $3, this came with a cup of tea. I asked for milk and sugar and it was, predictably, very sweet and creamy. The bagel was good, and the not-cooked-food service was fast. Maybe next time I will try for a hot breakfast sandwich.
