  1. Unfortunate because I certainly liked this place at first.

I came in an a Friday afternoon (ala 630PM) and saw only 7 or so slices pizza left, mostly old veggie slices. Naturally I asked what other pizzas were in the oven, and after an uncomfortably long pause, was told that no additional pizzas were in the oven. I'm sorry … you are a pizza joint on one of the busiest corners of Park Slope and you don't have pizza by the slice available on a Friday during dinner time?

    Good luck with that.

  2. 9 over 10 Times I Eat The pizza here and I say: yes yes yes this is exactly the pizza I like and I miss from Italy. Thin crust but not too too thin, tasty light tomato basil sauce. My favorite so far is the eggplant/margherita. Also the regular cheese pizza is good. Then the caramelized onions is also very tasty… I really like almost all of them. I only found the pepperoni once to have a not pleasant smell once heated but I think that can be the pepperoni "problem" in general.
The staff is pretty much the same and they are nice and kind enough. The owner is super kind, she is from Calabria if I remember well. Not sure about her name..
I think now they deliver too, through seamless. And they keep opening new Numero 28 pizzeria here and there, they also have one in Miami. Check the website if you plan to go to South Beach soon!
Never tasted the Pasta so far, but I am curious so … Stay tuned!

  3. I really like the pizza here. It's different, you can taste the brick oven dough. And they aren't typical slices. It is a little pricey and I feel for 3dollars a slice they could be bigger, but all in all it's decent pizza.

  4. Thank God I found this New Pizza shop in my neighborhood. The pizza is brick oven backed, they have have many options to choose from, all made with fresh ingredients.

This is not your ordinary Brooklyn Pizza, it's more like Tuscany in Brooklyn.

The best part about this pizza shop is that they sell brick oven pizza by the slice.

They have fresh pasta available, which I have yet to try.

The potato croquettes are a must try.

    Friendly staff.
