I used to work here when I was in highschool as a host. The place is nice. Bathroom always clean. The kitchen is surprisingly clean too. But overall its just an ok italian restaurant for me. Their breadsticks used to be soo good, but now its a little too salty for my taste. Maybe I just got used to eating in fancy restaurtants lol. But seriously, they do have decent entrees. If you want to play it safe like i do, order chicken parm, its always good!
I really love the soup and salad here. I know I shouldn't and yes I do feel dirty and a little sick when I leave but I can not help but come back for more.
And those bread sticks…those diabetic shock treats I love so much. Gaughhhhhh…..
Most of the wines taste like grape juice and formaldehyde but I have never gone blind and a little ice goes a long way.
All said the three stars is because I can not stay away. Darn you Olive Garden! Darn you to heck!!
Just came here for a catch up dinner with a high school friend.
Service here is always pretty good — the only time I've had a bad waiter/waitress was when I was way under 10 years old, and some woman didn't want to let my parents share their salad with me and my sister and refused us extra plates.
They made some changes here — I haven't gone here in a few months — and see that every table is now equipped with some kind of computer type thing that allows you to order desserts, wines, and appetizers electronically, as well as pay your bill/tip. It's easy to do, but maybe a little confusing if yo go too fast or aren't used to it. I imagine some of the older folks might prefer doing all of that business with their server, but this is good for efficiency. It's unique and I wonder why they decided to do this — maybe lines and food were getting majorly backed up?
Our waitress, I think Tamra, was a super bubbly loud, friendly woman originally from Arizona. She gave me suggestions when I wanted to order too much food (she didn't try to oversell my anything), and always came to check on us, letting us know if she was going to be delayed, or where she was going before bring our order. Extremely attentive and communicative.
Food is always the same — overly cheesy, creamy, and saucy, basic Iceberg lettuce. You don't really taste much of anything else, but that's just Italian chain food. You don't typically taste the freshness or simpleness of actual ingredients.
Breadsticks are always good — fluffy and warm, light dusting of salt/butter.
Can get busy depending when you go — oddly enough we came on a Saturday at 6pm and had no wait/line, got a table right away. Maybe it's summertime and people are away traveling or at the beach.
Bathrooms are really nice and clean! Comforting dim lighting, several stalls. In the waiting area there are also some cute benches and chairs to sit on and wait.
Parking lot is big, so you can always find a space somewhere!
Every time I come here the food is just alright. The food usually comes out warm, not hot. I do not like the fact that this food is not fresh. Basically it is microwaved and already pre-cooked. The staff is very attentive and friendly and if you tell them that you are on lunch, they will make sure your food is out pronto! The prices are reasonable I just wish the food was presented better. Also I have to note that the breadsticks don't even taste good anymore nor does the kid mac and cheese. Somewhere along those lines a recipe or two has been changed.
This is one of my favorite locations. It's not too busy, the Sangria is good and the salad is plentiful. The food is never amazing but the service and dessert makes up for it.

What a poor excuse for Italian food. The soup and salad unlimited lunch special is the absolutely only reason to ever stop by this joint.

Suburban fine dining, haha. Even so, great food – this is one chain I"ll always love. Try dipping those breadsticks in the Tuscana soup.
Soup refills and breadsticks are free and unlimited!
