This place has the best chinese food I've tasted so far on Staten Island! The prices are so reasonable for lunch! I ordered the beef chow fun and my fiance order the sesame chicken individual plates. Those together added up to 11 bucks!!! and they were really decent sized portions as well!
I really liked the large pieces of fried wontons they gave us in the beginning. The chow fun was good, but tasted a little burnt. My fiance said that he had better sesame chicken somewhere else, but I really liked his fried rice.
I would definitely recommend this place for lunch when you are at work. They are quick and have great service.
The 4 stars are for eat-in, for some reason I never enjoy delivery when I order from here.
The service here is always prompt. I recommend the Black Pepper Shrimp & Scallop dish. It's just spicy enough- delicious! The boneless BBQ spare ribs are also really good. I love the chips that they give you with the spicy mustard & duck sauce. That spicy mustard will really clear out your sinuses, it's great! They also have a full bar, and the bartenders typically have a very generous pour. You can count on a good meal at a fair price at Oriental Plaza.
So I came here for a function. I've heard many good things about it but was excited to try it for myself. It was a great experience. The party did have an open bar. So I will be honest and say that the bartender made the party. He was hilarious and provided great service. The food was good. I liked the spareribs, sesame chicken and chicken rice best. I'd definitely recommend this spot for a function with people looking to have a good time. We were having so much fun that they kept the dance floor open beyond the time the party was suppose to end.

The service and food is okay. Since this place has opened up, we have been ordering from here since then. The manager is down to earth and very friendly. I had my dinner rehearsal here and the food was good. The manager was accommodating to my friends and family. Let me tell you, there were over 65 people for the rehearsal and I was scarred that they wouldn't be able to accommodate that much in such a short notice. But they did an awesome job getting the food out properly and everyone was stuff for the night. My family loves their special fried rice and the shrimp and walnut sauce.
They try to imitate Crown Palace, but they can't. It's nice because it's new and close to my parents = convenient.
I came here for a holiday party my fiancé's mother threw for her company. The food was pretty good. Upstairs there is a dance area and enough room to fit a DJ booth. I feel like they were a bit short staffed for the amount of people at the party but definitely worked with what they had. We had leftovers that were even better then the night before. It was a pretty good experience and very affordable. Would definitely recommend coming here for a sit down, take out, or party.
I'll been here for a few private parties. It's ok, the food is not a wow factor. One of the parties I attended here, I felt the catering staff was rushing us.
The restaurant definitely offers the best price for lunch specials. They are very fast at getting everything done. I usually get the sesame chicken, which is good. I recently had the general tso's chicken and was not happy. The chicken was kind of gamey. I probably won't be ordering anytime soon.
