After a busy day of shopping at the gateway shops, we decided to stop in for some early dinner. Surprisingly there wasn't any wait and we were seated at a nice cleaned booth. Our waitress was pleasant and bought over our drinks and warm bread to munch on.
We ordered the ribs and another meal I wasn't to sure about. The ribs were really good, which I expected since everything my husband orders always is. My meal however I wasn't to much of a fan, no fault of outback. I didn't realize what it was and was disappointed in my blind choice making. the side dishes were pretty good and big in portion.
All in all, it was a good experience, friendly staff, good sized portions and price to match. Location is clean and there is lots of parking!
We came here with our gift card and decided to try this location out. Coco was awesome and very sweet! The food was very good and came out at the perfect time! I would come back here- just make a reservation it actually gets really busy and they try to seat you as fast as they can!
I was so disgusted I will make this short and not so sweet. EVERYTHING was too salty except the coffee. Appetizer: Cheese fries

As if that wasn't bad enough, as we were looking through the dessert menu in the empty restaurant…it was about 12:30 p.m…the waitress comes up to our table with the bill assuring us that she wasn't trying to rush us, and we should take our time BUT here's the bill. Really??? This place is new so I might try it again, but I would NOT recommend the burgers or the ribs unless you are actively attempting to raise your blood pressure.
First I will start off by saying my wallet was left unattended outside of the restaurant in the seating area. I didn't realize it was missing until about 45 minutes later. I called the manager over and he said he would contact law enforcement. The next step was to review the cameras. The manager came back out with my wallet hid dent behind his back. What a sigh of relief!! Another manager found my wallet in the waiting area and placed it in the back.
The food is excellent and the service is great.
They have pictures of steaks in the menu so you can choose how well done you would like your steak to be. Since I'm no vampire I usually say medium well!
I had Nester as my server and he is very attentive and sharp!
Kudos to your hostess as well, they weren't grouped off checking their IG page and chatting! They acknowledge us with a smile upon entering the restaurant.
I'm so disappointed with this restaurant! The only reason why I'm even giving two stars is because a couple of other people enjoyed their food but mine was ice cold & flavorless. The service was awful. The food was awful. I'll never go back to this location again. It took our party of 10 about 15 minutes to get our soft drinks of water. In fact the appetizers came out first. We asked for more bread; we never received it. People asked for seltzer & got water. Others who asked for water received seltzer. Like seriously…the pacing of the meal was entirely off. It seemed like she didn't order our food until we were almost done with the appetizers. When the food finally came out, mine was literally cold…not even lukewarm in the slightest. I worked in the restaurant business a very long time, so I'm usually very sensitive to servers & not sending back food but it was just simply not good. This is the third time I've gone there & 2 out of 3 trines it's been bad; I'm done trying. There are plenty of other places in the new shopping center so going to try others when we have half days etc.
Came in for some drinks and appetizers last Thursday on my way home from JFK. We sat at the bar. It wasn't very busy but a nice afternoon crowd. The bartender was very friendly and provided good service. We ordered the coconut shrimp and a blooming onion to go along with our glasses of wine.
The coconut shrimp and blooming onion were both delicious. I'd definitely return for drinks and appetizers at the bar since other reviews have noted that it gets pretty busy during dinner time.
