  1. "You may need a pre snack"

This location is very nice and clean buuuuutttttt the major problem is that the food service is way to struggle. Don't get me wrong; the staff is nice and profession but they move like molasses in January. I have been here only on Sundays and I would hate to experience this Panera Bread with 3-4 times the amount of people.

One huge tip: Order your food online and pick it up rather than dealing with slow service. I should not take 20+ minutes to order and make a salad with a soup.

  2. I love planets bread. All locations the food has been consistent. This one tends to get really crowded, but they handle big crowds well. I've never had to wait a long time for my food to be ready. A lot of people work in the area and take the food to go so seating has never been a problem for me.

  3. This is the best Panera location in the city I've visited. They're fast, knowledgable about the menu, and the outdoor seating seals the deal.

They've never run out of things when I've been (like some other locations have) and the upstairs seating is a refreshing break from the sometimes obnoxious neighborhood crowd.

  4. Love their hazelnut coffee & the avocado breakfast sandwich. The location is prime real estate now & the space is spacious & comfy. My favorite part is ordering online & picking up within 10 minutes

  5. As a big fan of Panera, I find myself visiting this location often. Conveniently located in downtown Brooklyn where you'll see your diverse crowd of college students, white collar employees from office buildings, and locals from the court houses.
    1/5 for service.
Or the lack there of. Cashiers make me feel like they're doing me a favor to put my orders in. Trust me I would've been happier with a kiosk like they have for McD's now.
I scanned my bf's Panera points card and the cashier have the nerves to tell me that it'll come out under his name. Obviously I'm not going to dwell on that, but it's a little example of which can be easily resolved if staff was trained properly and asked for my preference.
The order pickup counter where the guy was flirting with a fellow customer as my friend and I await our order. Well at least they didn't screw up our orders.
The only saving grace was my usual delicious Sierra turkey. We both tried some of their new menu items, but none can live up to the Queen. All hail SIERRA TURKEY on focaccia.
30 min limit on their wifi use. There are people hanging out upstairs who are not even patrons, management has a lot of catching up to do

  6. I love this Panera as well as the people who work here, who are always so nice to me when I come in and take their time preparing your order, so it doesn't appear rushed etc. The wifi here could be faster but I love how much space exists upstairs for people to spread out and et work done or just eat. I have a feeling many people don't know about the upstairs space, which is great for the few looking for good study/work spaces in BK.

  7. Honestly, I am an adamant panera bread goer. Although it is not extremely cheap, you definitely get bang for your buck. The quality of the food is definitely worth it and they have healthy options which is always a plus.

THIS location specifically is by the BK District Attorneys office, and "in the middle" of fulton street mall. The line was RIDICULOUS but it went by so fast….the line looped around to the door but I was ordering 10 minutes at most after. They are so efficient and to make it even better, my food was ready less than 5 minutes after ordering. I ordered a soup and half a sandwich. The food was good and it was not sloppy and rushed.

I will definitely be going back frequently since I work in the area. This is now a new favorite spot.

  8. I walked in, got in the line, order my coffee and had to wait 8 minutes to get it! The store was empty, i was the only order at that moment.
Please train your baristas to know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. Train your staff to know and understand what a sense of urgency means and what customer service is all about. Clearly the barista was not even interested or concerned about serving the correct item. She even called another person to come and finish the order. I dont think i will come back to this location.
