Another overrated chain spot. I have repeatedly tried with my coworkers to eat here. I must say I am unimpressed and would not recommend this to anyone.
I always manage to find an available electrical outlet here, the staff is extremely friendly, the place is always clean & warm, and I get to drink unlimited water and work on personal projects in peace without interruption, with the occasional Panera meal. This Panera rocks. I will be coming back here again and again.
Busy spot! But just like the other Panera's around good quality is great!
I recommend trying the Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Steak Asiago Sandwich. Also, smoked Turkey Sandwich and clam chowder are one of my favorites!
I was getting my car maintenance down the highway at the Acura Stealership.
I did notice how this Panera is lacking compared to the other Paneras. The gripes I've read from the other reviewers is due to the ghettoness of the staff. The green or beige polo and apron does not hide the fact that they do not want to be there.
Overall, the bathroom was clean. My order was on time and not messed up. The Asian sesame did not have the wonton skins just the way I asked for it.
I'll focus on the food: It's excellent, and the choices and seasonal changes make selection interesting and very customizable. Of special note are the new flatbread sandwiches that are 360 calories or fewer, making it a good place for a light lunch.
Efficiency is good from the staff, but the ordering process is a bit dicey. The menu is displayed over the counter, and one could stand there for five minutes, trying to design a meal.
We found this Panera to be clean and well maintained.
Someone please explain what the appeal is here..the homemade bread? Big deal.

Impossible to carry "tray" they give you to get to your table – and I'm one person. Can't imagine if my son was with me and ordered. I'd have to make 3 trips between carrying trays and making our drinks.
Every time I bus my tray, the garbage and silverware/dish trays are totally full.
Broccoli soup is good and the ice tea. I'll give them that!
It's a Panera just like any other. Good food, descent price and clean dining area. Not a bad place for a quick bite! The staff is super friendly and the manager is very kind. This Panera is run well!
