So excited to have this open in the neighborhood. Different from the other local options.
I'm not the most familiar with Middle Eastern cuisine so I decided to stick with something I'm familiar with. I ordered the vegetable samosa, paneer naan, and a mango lassi. I originally wanted to order the Kashmiri chai but they didn't have it at time 🙁
The vegetable samosa tastes as good as I remember, but it was a bit cold. That might have been due to the fact that they packed the samosa and mango lassi at thebeginning but still had to wait about 5 minutes for the naan. They were super apologetic about the wait.
Naan is something I love love love! I decided to mix it up and try it with paneer, something I've never had. While it still tasted good,I cant say I'm a big fan of paneer. 1 like my cheeses pungent and sharp.
The mango lassi was as good as any, though not as thick as I usually get.
Can't wait to come back and try the Kashmiri chai!
I love Indian food and am super happy this place opened up so close to Maimonides! Based on what I've heard from people who've been at Maimo much longer, Paradise is a refreshing addition to the 3 in 1 Kitchen next door. They are on Grubhub/Seamless but it's pickup only.
The food is comparable to a lot of good Indian fast food I've had. They have quick service which makes for a great takeout option. There's limited seating inside and most people end up taking their food to go from what I've seen. I've gotten the rice with choice of 1 meat and 1 veggie a couple times. It's slightly on the pricier side ($9.79 total). They accept credit card.
Convenient, delicious, slight pricey Indian food. I highly recommend it and can't wait to try other things on the menu!
