Food is fresh and service is friendly. Truck is cute and menu is varied. Prices are fine, not expensive, not a particular value, but no corners are cut on the food, toppings and sauces. The let-down for me, my simple lunch took twenty five minutes to prepare. Understaffed or weak workflow, half the customers were clearly agitated by the long wait. A bit of a letdown for a prime lunch spot in midtown where speed is the key to repeat business.
This is a 3 star joint and there is nothing wrong or good about it. I work in the area and thought I'd give it a try. For a place called Patty's TACOS, I expected very respectable tacos. The grilled steak and chick tacos were good, but not great. Meat was on the shy side and the tortilla were quick to break.
tldr: come here if you desperately want tacos/burritos AND if there is no wait. Otherwise, walk the extra steps and eat at chipotle or dos torros.
I've only eaten there once, but I had really good chicken enchiladas. Surprisingly good. Better food than any truck I've tried on that block. I am definitely going back.
Went here for the first time and tried the pig ear taco. Taste was excellent texture was chewy/rubbery. Not sure if it's supposed to be that way but it tasted good and was only $3 bucks. Service was quick and friendly. Huge menu with all kinds of yummy choices. Definitely coming back. Next time it's tongue tacos for sure.

Good value for midtown, lots of choices to select from. I tried the crazy burrito and it was well … CRAZY.
Loaded with rice, beans, chorizo, jalapeño sauce and cheese, this is one huge, spicy burrito.
Guacamole is provided on the side at no charge and they provide a side of green and red sauce, both of which are good.
Cost was $9.75, but if you have a buddy to share with this can easily feed two persons.
Located on 47th Street, between Park & Lex.
4 stars for food cart excellence 🙂
Very good and fresh tacos.
Tlacoyo..it's not a Panucho, but it's pretty damn close!
