I used to go here a long time ago..ages even…and it was terrible. I completely wrote this place off it was just so bad. There a bunch of Chinese food places in the area and I was relying on those. One day a friend of mine mentioned to me that it's gotten a million times better than when I had gone years ago. I figured they couldn't be wrong and so I gave it a shot. Well, this is now a definitely go to place for Chinese, the fact that they get crowed late into a Saturday evening is impressive in and of itself. The timing of the ordering can be a bit tricky but that's a given regardless of which place you go to.
Their house special lo mein is great and I definitely recommend the dim sum and the Shanghai spring rolls….awesome!
I was really impressed with this place. I've given up on finding a good Chinese take-out restaurant in the area. I expected to settle for mediocre, but this place really impressed me. Ordered the garlic chicken and the house lomein. Both entrees were bursting with flavor. It's not the best Chinese restaurant I've been to, but definitely the best in the area. Highly recommended. Only issue was they forgot to put in chopsticks/utensils/napkins and fortune cookies. I don't eat fortune cookies, but I still like to know what my fortune is, learn a new Chinese word, and get my lucky numbers.
