Pinkberry
“My friends didn't like the green tea flavor so I think it was a little tangier/sour.”
“They were founded and known for the natural yogurt thing with fruit toppings, something Korean people enjoy and now Americans.”
“Besides, any place that has cutesy asian kitchen gadgets for sale and fruity pebbles as a topping option deserves an extra 1/2 star.”

Came here tonight for dessert after a nice dinner with my cousin and his girlfriend.
They let us try samples of the frozen yogurt flavors before choosing one. I ordered a small cup of the pear and mango (split), with toppings — the fruit bubbles and gummy bears.
I thought the service was pretty slow and the system wasn't as efficient as it could've been. They stacked up a bunch of people's orders, and the people were stacking up too waiting to choose their toppings as their fro-yo was melting in front of them.
We were around when they closed. A guy came in to order and the guy at the register denied serving him and told him he was closed. A girl came in a couple of seconds after that guy left and essentially begged the guy at the register to serve her. He pointed out that "[he] just denied the other guy, how would that look?", but he ended up serving her anyway. I thought this was very unprofessional and unfair of him to do.
Overall pleased by the fro-yo and toppings. I wish their system was more efficient and they had more extensive topping options. It was enough I suppose though — and probably a result of extensive research on best sellers.
Pink berry has been adapted to fit in the city, this location is somewhat different in style of service but offers the same product.
I ordered a large peanut butter flavored cup which they filled for me. Rather than price by weight, this pink berry has set portions for the yogurt.
Some toppings also mean an extra charge of .50$ per scoop. Not knowing this I asked for a few of the toppings – the worker added these toppings and told me its on the house due to an earlier confusion (very nice of you sir).
The cup was a decent size but I was able to finish it before arriving back at my office three blocks away.
The peanut butter flavor is also pretty weak. Halfway through I practically forgot what flavor it was that I ordered.
Toppings come scarce with employees lacking a heavy hand. (I usually pile on the toppings at self service stations).
All in all it was ok, not bad, not good. Good service, clean shop, ok yogurt, lacking toppings.
Would recommend if planning to eat later and all you want is a light dessert before that time.
Meh this location is terrible even though they do have quality froyo. The setup is horrible, which makes the staff unable to handle both the register and the froyo counter. I stood at the cashier for almost ten minutes while the workers were either making froyo or hiding in the back. Also, they limit the toppings on my froyo?! Since when was there a limit to the toppings?! Prices are steep as a small cost $5.75 with toppings. You should head on over to Red Mango or 16 Handles for more customer service and great froyo.
Love this Pinkberry. Great location, friendly staff, bright lighting and lots of seats. I come here a lot and since its my birthday month I get a free small Pinkberry Froyo with any toppings. Anyone can get a free small froyo too. Just sign up for their loyalty program in store or online. You can redeem the free froyo in like 2 weeks. I can eat froyo anytime of the year. It's that good. Definitely coming back here when I'm craving a froyo.
its starting to get pretty damn expensive to get frozen yogurt. a medium is like 7.75 after tax. like seriously?
and there wasnt even all that much plain yogurt in the cup. i ate it up really fast and there was just a lot of fruit left on the bottom, idk, its good but its not really special anymore at all. the magic is gone.
My favorite is the original, it tastes the best with toppings like strawberries, blueberries, mango, and mochi. The chocolate hazelnut is pretty good too.
Pinkberry usually has different seasonal flavors, I wasn't partial to pumpkin spice or blood orange.
This location is conveniently in Ktown, easy to head to after a good Korean mood. However, it doesn't have that comfortable a vibe, it's so-so. I usually eat my yogurt and leave right after without wanting to stay longer.
Kind of pricy for frozen yogurt, but decent toppings plentifully served. I got a medium-sized pomegranate frozen yogurt with a series of the customary toppings that you'd expect
The seating area was small, but well-kept.
The employees were very pleasant.
SO we all know Pinkberry has some of the best froyo out there. So rather than talking about their froyo I'm going to talk about my experience there. The workers seemed very sincere and willing to help and give me samples when I asked for it without being snappy or rude. I went on a tuesday night when its as usual pretty busy considering k-town, but the line moved fairly quickly so thats a plus. I ended up getting the quart of the original flavor froyo cause I was planning on going home instead of eating there, and there was a promotional that the pre-prepared froyo was in sale for 2 dollars less (originally 12 or 13 dollars) than the original cost which came out to be just above 10 dollars (not a bad deal). They also notified me that the "on the spot" froyo that they squeeze out of the machine would be 15. So obvi I got the one in the freezer. Big mistake. The ones that come out of the freezer are very grainy and reminds me of the stuff that you get when you kind of like mess up on ice cream, or you freeze something that was a little too watery and it turns like a bit crunchy. It wasn't the smooth sweet tangy stuff I was used to. Looking back on it I would have probably gotten the fresh stuff. Yes it cost a bit more, but I think it's worth the fact that you're getting the real deal instead of that weird icy off flavored stuff in the freezer.
