Yesterday, around 4pm, I ordered my veggie slice on the phone, drove to the pizza place within 20 mins, paid the metered parking to pick up thw slice, only to be told, "sorry, I was going to call you, we ran out of vegetable slices". Really!? Then why didn't you call 20 mins. ago! Jeez, nevermind!
Today, I ordered on the phone agai and asked first, "do u have vegetable slices left?" "Yes, there's 2 left." Wow, I'm thinking, it's only 3pm on a friday, they go quick! It was pretty crowded inside when I arrived, I picked up my order, seasoned it well and took a bite. Oh no! What happened to my favorite vegetable slice, it's bland and tasteless, the veggies were soggy 🙁 not worth the $4.50 at all! Maybe a plain slice will taste better? Nope, the plain slice is also a disappointment! The cheese was rubbery and tasteless and the sauce was bland 🙁 Goodbye pizza corner, it was good while it lasted.
