Good local pizza place. Usually busy. Friendly service. Usually order the chicken roll or a square, both really good. Ordered a pasta before but it's not the best. Probably won't order a pasta again and will stick to the other things on the menu.
Now that I've been vegan for over a year, Pizza Emporium is still a good option for eating in the neighborhood. I get the "Vegetable Lovers" pizza (spinach, broccoli, mushroom, eggplant) without the cheese. They don't have soy cheese (yet!) but cheese-free is still tasty because their crust, sauce and veggies are great.
They still have really good service, a pleasant dining area (but oh well, they got a new TV), pretty flower planters outside, and an always-clean restroom. I especially like that the tables & chairs aren't built-ins, so you can move them around to suit your group.
