So there's Wingstreet on Wednesdays at Pizza Hut locations. I happen to be in this area and decided to order. First thing first…the online system for this was off. Ugh. Ok so I called…they picked up and were soooooo slow in attempting to take my order. Got disconnected(thank god) called back and got a girl to take my order in 10secs. Great!!!!! In approximately 15mins my wings would be ready….or so I thought. Went to pick up….O-M-G this place looks soooo dirty. Eww. Walked up to counter and worker didn't even acknowledge me :-/ waited for the "other worker" who happened to be a "Manager". Once he was was off phone he proceeded to take my payment and advise it would be done shortly. NOT. So I'm waiting and waiting and all I see is 1 person(the girl that took my order) packing the food up. Instead of the "manager" or the other worker helping her they were standing around. Oh and that Colombian "manager" then was talking on his personal cell phone WITH HIS MOTHER! No emergency call….just a casual "how are you mother call". Not only did the girl take my order but she was the only 1 WORKING HERE!!!
Usually takes an hour to deliver, but now they are no longer delivering to Elmhurst? They were not accepting my address on the website very recently.
Poor quality pizza. Not only is it overly doughy and poofy in the center, but it's soggy, as if they made it so thick, the center and the top are still raw. They don't put enough sauce and cheese, so it really seems as if you are eating a piece of wet bread. The only fun part is the deep dish crust and the crunchy oily taste. They are also stingy with toppings. You order veggies and it's a sparse sprinkle.
I do like their meatball marinara pasta — they put enough sauce and cheese there! Total salt bomb, but I do love it.
This isn't the best place to get your Pizza Hut fix, but it's also not the worst.
The restaurant itself is, to put it nicely, lackluster. But I do appreciate that there are a handful of tables to sit at. So much more could obviously be done in this location (new wallpaper, better seating arrangement) but its pretty clear they don't care, because its been that way for years.
The pizza itself is Pizza Hut pizza. No complaints there. I do really wish that since people do go to this location to sit in house and eat- they should offer a combo meal for the personal pies. Buying the pizza, bread sticks, and soda separately is about $9. However, you do get a full pack of bread sticks much better suited for sharing than the gorging I do.
My only real complaint is the continuous flow of non-customers using the bathroom. I've never been in there and I never will considering that!
Good Pizza. Nice workers, BUT the place is dirty. Why do they even have tables? I've seen pizza hut express bigger then this one. The tables are so dirty its as if a bum was living on the table. I got some water and a napkin and cleaned the table before I ate. The service was quick so that was a plus but I quickly wanted to leave because of the atmosphere.
:::BATHROOM ALERT:::: Go pee in the street it is cleaner. Upon entering I wish I had a tissue to plug my nose. There is a urinal and a toilet because it is a unisex bathroom. The urinal reeked and it had old pee in it which made the bathroom sink. I would have flushed it but there was no toilet paper. The only paper I had was so I can use the toliet so I could pee. I seriously almost threw up because of how horrible the bathroom was. There was this bowl next to the over flowing garbage bag not sure what that was about. Thankfully, they had soap I washed my hands so good I felt like I was going to start bleeding. I was sad that I didn't have any more tissues in my bag to open the door with my hands, I used my elbow to get out.
I WILL NOT go back to this place because of its condition. It's not hard to clean a table every now and again or clean the damn bathroom. Don't go to this pizza hut.

Conclusion….last time here ever!
