Frustrated at the Pizza Hut's closest to me, I come here on occasion when I want the fast food pizza fix.
I've all but given up on Pizza Hut, since just about every location within a reasonable distance from me is utter garbage. Those combo places where Pizza Hut is a small part (ie: Taco Bell), does the company no favors, as I gave up on those years ago. For the occasional fix however, there is this location that isn't as terrible as all the others. There is a small waiting area for take outs and a dining area. The place seems clean enough.
The customer service here needs work. Employees range from blah to lethargic. I can't fault them for some of the customers that come in here – but in general, a little courtesy or at least signs that you have a pulse at all would be nice. Not all customers are slobs or brain dead, so perhaps how about a little crack of a smile to the normal ones who come through the door who aren't rude. Basically nothing special here as far as employees go.
The "food" is what it is. It ranges, but like most places, don't expect what you see in ads and TV commercials here. Their "pizza" is ok for what it is. Their breadsticks need work and are actually inferior to their main competitor Domino's. Unlike Domino's however, their pizza tastes ok when reheated the next day.
The parking lot sucks. There is ample enough parking, but it's chaos at times and mainly it's the people who simply don't understand driving logic and who should have their licenses revoked. Pizza Hut is located on an end corner, so it's not as terrible.
This place surely saved the brand for me, which again, I've just about gave up on. While not the best place, it's decent for occasional Pizza Hut urges. Their prices are ok for what you're getting and some of their "values" are decent. The pizza itself is better than Domino's, but if you're after an actual slice of pizza from a pizzeria, this is not the place for that. And yes, there is a difference. So if you're in the area and wanting Pizza Hut, this is the location to try over all the others.
The pizza at Pizza Hut is better than Dominos or Papa Johns to me if you are looking for that type of cheap pizza. I actually do enjoy their pizza and their stuffed crust. The cheese sticks are also tasty for fast food. The reason I gave it two stars however, is because of the disrespectful waiters and horrible service. Trust me – just take out from this place… they are complete idiots in there. Very rude and nasty people.
Avoid at all costs their wings and pasta. Simply fast, frozen, shit. You will be disappointed because thats what it is. I mean its Pizza Hut though.. so come for the damn pizza. Overall despite their nasty ass workers and bad wings – the pizza isn't too bad. I get it from time to time.
Well came here to order a personal pan pizza, and it literally took almost 30 mins to get a small personal pizza out like come on!!!! 15 minutes was a lie. Others got their order before me and they had more food. Like really this location need new workers to step up the pace.
