Service is quick. I was in and out with my egg and cheese bagel in less than 5 minutes. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a items on the menu that will keep bringing me back here should I ever skip breakfast at home and need a bite to grab before work.
Plain bagel was good, egg was yummy and the cheese seemed to Yellow American cheese. Usually bagels can be overwhelming and I end up eating only half but the bagels here are good enough to just eat on its own.
Definitely added to my list of to-go's for a quick breakfast.
Had a Reuben special without cheese which a lot of other people were getting. Other person had a bagel with butter.
Huge portion of pretty good meat with some OK sauerkraut and a good dollop of Russian dressing, not bad either in terms of flavors. Solid.
The bagel the other person had was hot. They give a tub of butter but it wasn't exactly necessary for the bagel. Not the best I have tried but not bad at all.
Average Bagels. Can't really compare to New York Bagels.. 6-7 different cream cheese flavors.
Interior has the feel of a new york bodega though. made me miss NY bodega sandwiches once I saw that they carried boars head meat (I've favorite cold cut brand)
People who works here are nice but just scary looking and intimidating. BUT they were nice. didn't give an attitude or anything.
1- Egg: super soft. tasted like a plain bagel could barely tell the difference 1- Pumpernickel: needed to be toasted because it was a little too hard. with lox spread and it was good. Had better.
I haven't been back to this place in a few months but it never disappoints. If you want to watch your weight? Go ahead, they have healthy smoothies and low fat choices. Want to satisfy your craving? Go ahead, they can do all that for you and then some. Everything is made fresh to order, pipping hot, and of a decent size. I usually get the taylor ham, egg whites, cheese, ketchup, salt and pepper, all on a roll. But if that doesn't suit you try one of their many sandwiches, wraps, and my favorite, a gyro. The downside of going here I find, is that when I actually look at how much I spend for their sandwiches, I could have made my own and saved a great deal. In some cases, I have seen prices for one person compared to another due to personal relationships or whoever is taking your order
I am not a big bagel-eater…I probably indulge about 7 times a year. And that is why the bagel better be damn good when I give in to temptation. Plaza Bagels and Deli did not disappoint.
The everything bagel was soft and the light vegetable cream cheese was definitely made in-house. I could taste the freshness of the vegetables. They were actually crunchy. Is this how vegetable cream cheese is supposed to taste? If so, then I've been misled for a long friggen time! And their decaf coffee? Delicious.
Parking is not an issue. Plaza Bagels and Deli shares a strip mall with Mandees, the Dollar Store, and the tanning salon in the ShopRite plaza. They appear to have a plethora of options for lunch also. And they actually wear gloves when they prepare your food, unlike another bagel place in the area that shall remain nameless.
Average bagel joint, somewhat awkward on the service. I wasn't thrilled that they ran out of everything bagels by 9:30 on a Saturday, but my garlic substitute was decent.

3.7 for the Reuben mostly.

Cheers to a worthy, carb-laden breakfast!
