Liquid lifesaver.
Feeling fatigued and congested after a concert, I came in for a ginger shot and a juice. You have to take the shot really fast, because there's so much pepper in it, you are like, woo! Haha. The lady was laughing at me, like, I told you it was spicy. But she was super thoughtful and gave me a little thing of vanilla juice to wash it down.
My sinuses immediately opened up, my posture improved and I felt alert. The Root #2 is mostly carrot juice, which I like because I don't like cold press juices that are mostly just apple juice. Carrot is my fave, my heart and mind is always like, give it to me. Ha ha. It craves the Vitamin A and Iron.
Great juice store in Nyc. Very affordable relative to other cold pressed juiceries. $6.50 for a cold pressed juice! The staff is always very nice and helpful and lets you sample anything. My favorites are greens 3 or greens 2!
They also have a deal of 5 juices for 29.50 so you do save a little. There is a loyalty program to collect points you can sign up for free
My favorite juice store in Nyc due to the price and still good quality juice.
First time here and first time trying Pressed Juicery. Also the first location in NYC and on east coast. Based in California. The staff here are super friendly. They offer samples for their juices. They have a loyalty membership program. I ordered the 5 juices bundle. So you save a little bit more money. I really like the Green 2. A little sweet with the apples. This Juicery is Non-GMO. The only thing I didn't like was the non organic veggies and fruits they use. But still a good juice place to do a cleanse for the week. Under $10 juices is a must in the city.
It's a small but clean, well organized space. Staff are friendly and are generous about letting you try samples before you choose your flavor. I think the seasonal flavors (especially lemon, lavender, honey, activated charcoal) is a must try – it is fun and refreshing. The Green3 with ginger is on the strong side though, so make sure you try it before getting it if you aren't a fan of ginger. The third of the fruits, strawberry apple lime, is good, but I would have loved it if the lime was a tad less powerful.
All in all, a good juice option around the area. Since they dont make the juice at the spot (I think?), the line in and out should be fast.
i love pressed juicery. i have had it before in LA and am so happy they brought it to NYC. i don't do full on cleanses but i like them more for hydration/health benefits.
the price is really reasonable for pressed juice. it is a super easy and quick stop to get your fix.
tip: they let you sample as many as you'd like!
love the basics but also the matcha and coconut juices (they are a little heavier, like a meal replacement).
