okay for a corner prizza
I live in Forest Hills, NY. If you are in this area, I promise you that you will not find better tasting pizza on this block. There is no doubt.
Quit wasting your time, go to Primadonna or drive far away to get good pizza. In Forest Hills…honestly….this is your best option.
Margarita pizza is GREAT! Just make sure you ask them for their freshest pizza, that's always the best
Plus it's a VERY good deal $ compared to what you get
ENJOY!
Came here the other day to pickup a quick slice to go during lunch time.
The pizzas were all fresh and looked GREAT!
The staff was also pretty nice too!
I ended up getting a sicilian style pizza and a slice of buffalo chicken pizza for the boyfriend. Both were fabulous! To me, if a pizza place can't get sicilian style down right then they have a problem – this place had it down pat, the crust was just right.
Will be back to try the sit down experience.
The pizza was really good and from what i hear the heroes were good as well.
They dont deliver to my building which is insane because its really not far at all and its pretty expensive too comparable to others in the area. I doubt ill be ordering from them again.
The pizza is really cheesy and delicious. I haven't had the chance to taste the entrees yet, but judging by the aroma within the restaurant, I'd say the food would taste amazing! It's an intimate setting in the middle of a busy strip but hopefully one could locate it!
Stopped here for a quick bite.
The owners are friendly, and they were fast in getting our orders done…
Chicken marsala – not bad, although there was very little wine taste, just a gravy on chicken with butter and mushrooms. Pasta was linguine with fresh red tomato sauce, hearty and healthy serving. Double extra sticks of italian loaves of bread, too, for our calamari appetizer and stuffed mushrooms (filled with meat and cheese).
Overall, filling, certainly, and not bad, but will have to try the pizza later. Italian food – I've had much better in Little Italy, Hoboken, and Philadelphia's Italian Market…
ONE WORD – – – YUMMAAAAAY!!!
My boyfriend and I stopped by the neighborhood on a drizzly Sunday and came across this pizza place with empty tummies. We noticed there is a nice cozy seating area right inside. So we decided to stay. We made the order for plain cheese slices, him 2 and me 1, in the front. Then the guy told us to go have a seat in the back while he prepares and bring our meal to our table. Very nice service we thought. Now, the food was even nicer. The pizza is thin crusted just the way I like it with outstandingly tasty tomato sauce and a nice layered of cheese on top. My boyfriend thought it would have been perfect if they didn't add so much cheese but it was fine to me. At first I wondered why the tomato sauce attracted our taste buds so much…. Then I finally figured it out. The special ingrident which had me wanting more than 1 slice was "BASIL"! They included basil in the tomato sauce which added more flavor to the pizza. SMART THINKING and VERY GOOD JOB!! My boyfriend and I just loved every bite of the pizza, especially when it was still steamy hot and fresh out of the oven. $2.25 per plain slice was so worth it!!
Stopped in for a slice of pizza. My slice of cheese pizza was just okay but my sister liked her specialty slice.
