  1. The hot chocolate here is weird, don't get that.

The space is big and good for studying, but the service just really put me off. They didn't call us to let us know our drinks were ready, so I ended up just walking to the counter and looking around to make sure it might not be anyone else's.

  2. Came up to New York for a day looking to do some work from a cafe and found Pushcart on Yelp. I was honestly surprised to see a place that was spacious and that had free wifi. After spending a few hours at this super relaxing coffee place, I can say I made a good choice. There's a bunch of different kinds of seating, from a bar up against the windows to a communal table and two top seats toward the back. The coffee's great, the wifi is fast, there's a big, clean bathroom, there're outlets around, and the music's alright. What more can you ask for?

  3. Pushcart has been conveniently located at the corner of 25 and 9, so it can be served as a good waiting place for Jun Men ramen bar next door; or a good conversation with friends if you happen to be in this cute area.

They proudly serve local coffee beans, with bakery selection freshly prepared daily. There is another location towards the east side of city as well (between 2 and 3 ave).

Onto their coffee – this one was actually less balanced yet featuring a slight sweet flavor, and surprisingly, I was not dislike it.

  4. Location: very close to highline park, I was wondering around looking for somewhere to sit. This place came up and I was like, okay time for a coffee.

The line was long, and it turned out that they seemed to be very short of hand. but the girl was nice. to everyone. And it seemed to be very strange to see someone smiled at you with no other reasons and talk in a nice way. So, I am thankful for that girl and yeah, I ordered a big americano. (usually I only drank small americano)

Americano is okay. But they seemed to have fewer choices of bakeries. What a shame.

The good part of this place is that it has lots of, plenty seats!
I guess I will end up studying here someday.

  5. I'm indifferent.  Staff was nice and friendly.  Extensive menu of coffee and pastries.  They also sell beer.  Cold brew was really watered down and didn't have much taste.  Weird thing was they had children's toys there. In a place that sells coffee and beer, 2 drinks consumed by adults, I was expecting to see children's toys.  It really ruined the vibe of the coffee place.

  6. when was the last time the barista actually smiled at you OR was nice to you? i asked myself that question when i stepped into this place. i was in here for a typical use of a coffee shop, sipping on something, nibbling on something, and chatting with friends. it was a late saturday afternoon and it was quite peaceful in there. the table area was full of laptops though, but there was a corner with bar stools looking out. perfect. the drinks were good. the baked goods were ok by american standard of baked goods. they seemed to have a section of warm baked goods too, but it was empty when we were there. overall, pretty good experience. very chill despite what's going on outside. although i have to say that it's quite entertaining to see gay men walking their dogs or walking their boyfriends. 🙂

  7. When Pushcart comes to shove, I'll tell you the location of one of my favorite caffeine hookups. Are you sick of the tiny, WiFi-less, and dim New York coffee shops? Pushcart Coffee in Chelsea is your antidote. Quality cups of java and espresso drinks give you entry to cavernous rooms and tables. Fast WiFi pumps juice to your Apple laptops and tablets. Sunlight beaming through large windows prevent you from squinting and worsening your 200/200 vision. Use my code "r4esu" for $10 off a CupsApp plan!

  8. The coffee was super good! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is well located and the place looks nice.
